As part of the full refurbished they did, Onyx Solar has provided 855 units of Amorphous silicon photovoltaic glass, configuring this new double skin on the existing building.

The CESCE Tower is currently undergoing a renovation process that commenced in 2021 and is expected to conclude in 2023. The project aims to revamp the building's facade, interior, and facilities to enhance its energy efficiency, accessibility, and integration with the urban environment. The redesign has been carried out by the architectural firm Touza Arquitectos.

The interior of the CESCE Tower is also being transformed to meet the evolving needs of employees and visitors. A spacious lobby is created on the ground floor, connecting seamlessly with the outdoors via a public plaza. Common areas and offices are reorganized to prioritize flexibility, natural light, and comfort. Intelligent systems are installed to optimize energy and water consumption, while sustainable and recyclable materials are used.

The renovation of the CESCE Tower is part of the Madrid Nuevo Norte urban development plan, which aims to regenerate the northern area of the city, establishing a new financial, residential, and cultural center. The CESCE Tower will be integrated with other iconic buildings such as the Cuatro Torres Business Area, the future Caleido skyscraper, and the Chamartín-Clara Campoamor station.
