Originally built in 1820 and designed by famed architect John Nash, this majestic building was famously commissioned by the Prince Regent, later King George IV, to house his closest friends and family.

Regent’s Crescent is an exclusive new-build development in a highly coveted location on the edge of London’s Regent Park. It is one of the most famous Royal Parks and retains many elements of original design covering more than 400 acres (162 ha).

Surrounded by private gardens, this classical construction is the epitome of regal elegance. Regent's Crescent offers a one-of-a-kind masterpiece in modern living. With unsurpassed levels of modern luxury, finished with a level of skill and detail that match those of the master craftsmen who built the originals.

Designed by PDP London, the development returns the street to its original residential use, from office use, and comprises 68 Grade I listed new build apartments and 9 mews houses to the rear. Due to bomb damage sustained during World War II, retaining the Grade I listed facade was not viable so following extensive consultation and research, it was demolished and rebuilt, the only Grade I listed facade to be rebuilt in the United Kingdom.
